Staff provided exceptional customer service, even waiting for us past midnight to check-in. Breakfast hours were flexible and they accommodated our late arrival with coffee. Central location close to public transportation and beautiful views from the room.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, even staying up late for our check-in. Convenient location near train and bus stations. Despite language barriers, they made efforts to meet our needs. Clean and functional facilities, with a nice view from the window. Near Le Ciminiere exhibition centre.

Upon my arrival, the staff welcomed me warmly and did their best to understand my needs despite the language barrier. This hotel has a convenient location, and it is easy to access public transportation, including trains and buses. The 'Le Ciminiere' exhibition center and a supermarket are also in proximity. The hotel facilities were functional and very clean.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

This hotel is a great choice for a short stay. Located close to a supermarket, Le Ciminiere exhibition centre and the train, it offers convenience for travelers. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable with charming balconies to sit out on. the staff is friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast is delicious and made to order with several options to choose from. the facilities are well-maintained and provide a relaxed atmosphere.

The hotel’s location is not easily identifiable and requires searching for its name on the tenant list to ring the bell, which can be a bit overwhelming for some guests.

The location is convenient as it is close to the beach and the train station. the room was equipped with a nice balcony. the staff were friendly and attentive.

there was no breakfast provided during our New Year stay which was a bummer.
